Anywhere in the SE and NE Portland area is included. Beyond that, and depending on the time of day for rush requests, travel is billed at $2.00 per mile after the first 10.
Real estate in 24 hours. Portraits in one week. Weddings in three to four weeks. Aerial film and FPV in two weeks. Rush available on request.
A signed contract and 30% retainer holds your date. The remainder is due the day the photoshoot ends. Calendar fills early for weddings, so inquire as soon as you have a date in mind.
Cash or check is preferred. Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal are also available, and the 30% deposit is collected through one of those three. If you'd like to pay another way, let us know and we'll try to accommodate.
Same-day and next-day shoots are accommodated when possible and priced separately from standard rates. Reach out with your timing and the shot list, and we'll quote a rush rate that reflects the schedule.
Aviation liability insurance is in place for all aerial work. Certificates available to your venue, GC, or property manager, usually within 48 hours.
The studio line, (503) 908-9344, is open around the clock. After 6 PM, calls may be answered by an AI assistant who can take your inquiry and pass it along, so you'll never reach a voicemail dead end.
